RWRAC and the Joint City/County Water and Wastewater Infrastructure, Supply and Planning Study

Water StudyThe City of Tucson Mayor and Council and the Pima County Board of Supervisors initiated a multi-year study of water and wastewater infrastructure, supply and planning issues. The ultimate goal of this effort is to assure a sustainable community water source given continuing pressure on water supply caused by population growth.

Four RWRAC members (John Carlson, Marcelino Flores, Rob Kulakofsky, and Mark Stratton) represented the Regional Wastewater Reclamation Advisory Committee on the Study. For information about the study, reports, and presentations, visit the Water Study web site.
