2012 Property Taxes

In September 2012, Pima County mailed approximately 451,000 property tax bills for the various property taxing jurisdictions within the County. We created this site to help you to understand your property tax bill and learn more about property taxes and how they are used.

2012 Property Tax Information

Taxpayer Payment Statement (Coupon)

Sent to those taxpayers who pay their own property taxes.
Includes two detachable coupons on the tax statement, and is sent with two mail-back envelopes.

Taxpayer Information Statement

Sent to property owners who are paying their property taxes through their mortgage companies.
No mail-back envelopes are sent with this type of statement.
